Returns

We hope you love your Chicletics order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us at support@chicletics.com before sending your return. Once your return has been requested, you’ll have 14 days to send your item(s) back.

Items should be returned in their original condition — unworn other than to try on, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, makeup, deodorant, perfume or other marks may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to sizing, fit, change of mind or personal preference.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed. Chicletics cannot guarantee receipt of parcels returned without tracking.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
