Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for reasons such as sizing, fit, or personal preference.
As a small, growing brand, covering all return costs would affect our ability to keep prices fair — we truly appreciate your understanding and support.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, Chicletics will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement free of charge.
Please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we can arrange an exchange once the original item has been returned.
Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
