Return Policy 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense for reasons of sizing, fit, or preference. As a small business, we strive to keep our prices accessible, and covering return shipping would significantly impact our ability to do so. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

In the rare case that an item arrives faulty or the wrong size, Chicletics will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement free of charge. Customers must provide photo evidence of the issue within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve it quickly.

For exchanges (different sizes or colors), we are happy to send replacements free of charge once the original item is returned.

To ensure smooth processing, customers must contact us before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
